Everyone has the right to feel good in their body and mind.

I’m Elisabeth.

I’m Elisabeth, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and health coach working with individuals who are tired of living with difficult symptoms that stop them from living life to the full and need support to return to feeling vibrant, energetic and calm.

Staying healthy is often made to sound complicated and confusing.

I can certainly relate to that.

When I was younger I would often get lost in diet trends that led to a confused relationship with food and made me look for problems where there really were none.

As I became older and had children, I wanted to know how to feed my children so they would grow up to be strong and robust.   The more I read about food and health, the more I realised that the way I grew up had laid down the foundation for good health long term but turning away from simplicity had led me down the wrong path.

This is what kick-started my fascination for what creates good health and led me onto my studies and fascination with all things health. Having a naturally curious mind, I don’t leave any stones unturned when it comes to my clients health.

I grew up on a farm in Sweden and the simple rituals around seasonal food and traditional recipes are now woven into my approach to nutrition and health.  From working in the wellness field I can see how complicated it all has become and I feel a strong need to go back to basics, because as I know from growing up,  staying healthy does not need to be complicated.

Many of the women I work with come to me feeling a little bit desperate, and I can relate - we are often told our symptoms are in our head and our test results are ‘normal’. At the same time being bombarded with wellness information. Because more information is not always better.

I also understand how relevant each client’s story is to the healing process.

When you bring balance back to your body, you:

Reclaim your health.

Live life from a place of health. You realise all your symptoms were not normal and you remember how feeling good actually feels.

Find food freedom.

Say goodbye to years of restriction and fad diets and hello to the joy and simplicity in food

3.png

Trust your inner guidance.

Bring awareness to what your body needs so you have forever tools for life

4.png

Regain confidence.

Trust yourself and your choices so you aren’t sold on the latest diet craze.

5.png

Create space.

Live life from a place of freedom - no longer deal with the symptoms of a body out of balance - PMS, mood swings, low energy and bloating.

6.png

Prioritise self care.

This becomes a non negotiable as you begin to work with your body, and not against her.

7.png

Find peace in simplicity.

It’s not always easy to make transformational changes, but often it is more simple than we allow it to be. This simplicity becomes a way of life in a world which is busy and noisy.

8.png

Dream it.

No longer spend hours on endless searches of the internet to look for solutions which leave you feeling defeated. Pursue the things that light you up and feed your soul.

Your story matters, whether you realise it or not.

I particularly love supporting  women who just can’t seem to feel good and have been on the diet bandwagon - low carb, keto, fasting, restrictive diet, counting calories.  It makes food complicated and often they are driven with an obsession to look good, rather than feeling good.

My approach to nutrition is to focus on easy to digest foods that do not hinder the body’s own ability to function. This means taking it back to basics and focusing on simplicity. No restrictions.

Eating is a joy and eating the right food for us ensures we can live life to the full.

My aim is to enable you to gain a deeper understanding of your own individual body and how it works and how to implement change slowly and strategically so that the change stays with you for life.

When our systems function well, we feel healthy and happy, in control of our own destiny and able to live a life that we love.

I particularly like the fact that she seems to go for ‘moderation in all things’ regarding eating, so you don’t have to beat yourself up about the odd piece of cake or glass of beer. She is very thorough, and her approach is quite practical.
